Do I need to know coding or AI?
No. Basic computer skills are enough. Module 1 needs no AI experience at all.
Can I join just one module?
Yes. Each module is one month. To join Module 2 directly you should already use AI in your HR work, and you take a short entry check.
Do I have to pay for AI tools?
No. Every tool has a free plan. A few features, like Copilot inside Office, need a company Microsoft account.
Is employee data safe with AI?
You learn what never to paste into a public tool, how to remove names and CNICs before using any tool, and how to set a data rule for your team.
Will AI decide who we hire?
No. AI drafts shortlists and questions, but you stay the decision maker. You learn to check AI output for bias before it reaches a candidate.
How am I assessed?
With one evaluation at the end of the course. There are no quizzes or assignments. Pass it and you receive your Big Binary Tech certificate.
Is there a discount for groups?
