This one is deliberately more theoretical than technical. The focus is on understanding the process of entrepreneurship rather than coding, so every student can take part.
Two one-hour classes a week, taking a student from “what is entrepreneurship?” to standing up and pitching their own idea.
The course is theory-led rather than code-led, so no technical background is required.
Week 3 turns a loose idea into a business model canvas that other people can critique.
Half the course is pitching, storytelling and delivery, with AI as a practice partner.
Problem identification and brainstorming are the opening modules, before any business talk.
Personas, value propositions, market research and pitch decks: the actual working vocabulary.
Pitch Day is the destination, and weeks 5 to 8 are the preparation for it.
Class projects, build days, pitch days and student work, all posted as it happens on @bbtkids_.
